For processing wool we recommended to cover the rollers Morel unit with variable pitch wire.
- Use of the wire of such construction allows:
- to simplify the operation of wire mounting by use of one wire instead of two wires used before;
- to improve the quality of waste removal.
For processing of synthetic fibres we suggest application of wire with riffled tooth surface.
Use of this wire of the doffer cylinder allows the increase of cut production rate at the expense of special wire characteristics to hold fibres in the carding zone.
Improving of tooling is the base for stabile plant operation.
